A 12 metre high warehouse, the structure consisting of lattice girders with a central spine girder. The foundations and floor slab had to be piled and the site was raised by 2m to ensure the building service yard were above the flood levels.

DJP provided full Structural and Civil Engineering design services to Pearce Construction for a
fast track design and build contract.
